Both Isaiah and Ray grew up traveling between continents, shaped by families, work, and experiences that took them far beyond a single place to call home. From Singapore to Hong Kong, from New York to Kuala Lumpur, food became a consistent way to understand culture, connect with people, and remember where they’ve been.
Sherpa’s is their way of bringing those experiences back. Not as replicas, but as reinterpretations that are guided by memory, technique, and curiosity.

Isaiah's Story
Isaiah moved to the United States from Singapore with little more than ambition and a desire to build something meaningful. Across years of building businesses and starting over, one thing never changed: food remained his connection to home. Sherpa’s is that connection, now shared with others.
Ray's Story
Ray’s upbringing between Hong Kong and the U.S. shaped both his palate and his perspective.With a background in the restaurant and automotive industries, his approach blends creativity with precision: where every detail matters. At Sherpa’s, that translates into a space and menu that feel intentional, refined, and globally inspired.
